Hi,
Looking for some help from ServiceNow with my PDI. It is terribly slow during the day. One example is that I am trying to add a new user and I have waited for over 10 minutes for the form to load. It responds reasonably well during off hours. This is a fresh instance that I've just spun up a couple of days ago. I haven't made any customizations as of yet.
Thanks!

@Chris393 That’s a common pain point with Personal Developer Instances (PDIs) on ServiceNow, especially during peak hours. PDIs are hosted on shared servers. During U.S. business hours or when lots of users are active, response times can degrade significantly.PDIs have limited memory and processing power. They’re meant for learning and development—not high performance.
Try resetting the instance or request a new instance if the problem still persists.

Thanks for your response. Completely understand that PDIs aren't built for performance and that they are using shared resources. My challenge is that the instance is completely unusable, not just slow. For example, when trying to create the new users, loading the user form eventually timed out after over 10 minutes of waiting and I had to start the process over again. If it is a performance issue due to high demand, I'm not sure what resetting or requesting a new instance would achieve.

@Chris393 I have been through the similar pain with my PDIs and completely resonate with what you are saying. Unfortunately, that is how the PDIs are, if you are struggling a lot with the current one then you have two ways to address this.
1. Request for a new PDI
OR
2. Enroll for a course on Now learning https://learning.servicenow.com/ which comes with a lab instance. Courses on Now learning are free and generally the lab instances are faster than PDIs.
Hope this helps.

I've been in the same situation over the past 3 days or so but before I never had any issues with PDIs. Why now? Is there any ongoing issue on ServiceNow premise?
