PDI is terribly slow during the day...

Hi,

 

Looking for some help from ServiceNow with my PDI.  It is terribly slow during the day.  One example is that I am trying to add a new user and I have waited for over 10 minutes for the form to load.  It responds reasonably well during off hours.  This is a fresh instance that I've just spun up a couple of days ago.  I haven't made any customizations as of yet.

That is also my concern... I've been using PDIs for years and never had this type of performance degradation to where the PDI is completely unusable.  Hoping someone from ServiceNow will see this and look into it.

I reset and wiped my instance and it stopped from being so slow... try it and make sure to back up your data.

Try refreshing the PDI by going to developer.servicenow.com.
