No Pipeline Available error While submitting the app for review created using "Creator Studio" 

How we can create the pipeline to publish the app in PDI.

@Shubham_Jain PDIs can't be used to publish apps. Pipelines are mostly used between Dev, Test and Prod instances to publish apps.

However, would like to know if this cannot be done in PDI then how we can run the #buildwithcreator challenge and how can we publish the app. 

I believe we are missing something.

@Shubham_Jain go to environments and create environment there and see if that will fix your issue.

Try this option too...

When I validate from the same screen then it does not authorize however, it allowed us to create the record in it. 

Not sure what I am missing here,
