PDI Offline Issue

My PDI suddenly went offline, and there are a lot of important things in the environment. Could anyone help me start it up?

Hi @yunbo1 ,

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

 

  1. Wait - it should come online again
  2. When you get tired of waiting and if it doesn't come online again, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that all work that is not backup to a GIT or update set will be lost, and there will be no possibility to restore.
