Hello there,

 

I was forced to release my instance due to ServiceNow is moving Data Centers with additional security. I tried to request a new instance and I am now on the wait list to get a new instance.

 

I am a little disappointed that you made me lose all my work then I am not able to get a instance to start from scratch.

I can understand the situation, but there is no support available for PDI. You can wait till 1st Feb as after that situation will be better and you will get PDI.

Please note that this is a free of charge ServiceNow that ServiceNow is giving you - So to be disappointed is literally not an option. In general wait some time and the queue should be over - then you can start building your new instance.

@User657338  , Since they are Migrating all PDI's into Different data center, this would take some time for you to get an Instance , nothing we can do  more than waiting this time 😄
