Hello Team,

My personal Developer Instance has been unavailable for the last few days.

I am facing the Following Issues:

PDI is stuck in hibernate.

I received 504 Gateway Timeout error when trying to access or wake up the instance.

Creating the new PDI also does not resolve the issue.

I have already tried refreshing the browser, cleaning the cache, and using a different browser ,but the problem still exist.

Could you please check My PDI and help restore access?

Thank you.

ahoy @Bogganav,

There's been an infrastructure issue and my PDI is back, if yours is not yet, then it might take some more time, there's nothing to do but wait. Check the latest status in the link shared by me above.

Once you re-gain access to your PDI, don't forget to access your PDI via /login.do

If you don't do an explicit login within 10 days, your PDI will be considered inactive and thus reclaimed for good.

Hello @Bogganav   ,

There was Servicenow internal error and they also announce about it :

https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-blog/incident-developer-site-restored-and-pdi-availab...

You can also refer this :

https://www.servicenow.com/community/itsm-forum/pdi-access-issue-servicenow-announcement/td-p/357818...

But now its restore because my instance was also went to hibernate ,now it come back and its working fine . If your instance is not come yet so keep patience , it will restore soon .

If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.

Regards,

Aditya

A 504 Gateway Timeout usually points to a platform-side issue rather than a browser problem. If you've already tried multiple browsers and even creating a new PDI, I'd recommend opening a support ticket with your instance URL and PDI details. Also check the ServiceNow status page to see if there are any ongoing platform incidents. Hopefully the team can reset or restore your instance quickly.

Hi @RobbertT

A PDI does not come with official ServiceNow support, which means there is no way to raise a support case with the ServiceNow Support team for a PDI issue.

ServiceNow Support is generally available for customer or company-specific instances with the appropriate support entitlement.
