PDI Vancouver Update/ Refreshing Status

Hello dear Servicenowers,

 

I have a question about refreshing my own PDI to Vancouver Release. Currently I am in the UTAH. However, because my instance status is always in 'refreshing' approximately for one week, and buttons except "refresh instance" and "release instance" all are greyed out. 

 

Has anyone encountered such a problem and found a problem? In the previous topics I have seen but seems like there is not a solution for this.

Hi @cem_karatas ,

 

No - there is no solution for this. Your PDI needs to be available to upgrade to Vancouver. If it's not available due to "refreshing" you only have two options available:

 

  1. Wait till it comes online
  2. Release and request a fresh installation of vancouver. This is off course not optimal, as you will lose all the work done in your PDI which have not been backup without possibility to restore.
