Pending task not visible in my task of esc portal

Hi everyone,

 

I'm not able to see logged in person associated pending task in my task on esc portal, i can see pending approval but not able to see pending task as see in below screenshot.

can anyone know hot to fix it?

I don't think sc_task shows up there OOTB.

you need to add the configuration in "sn_hr_sp_todos_config"

Create a new record like this

I created that record in To-dos configuration table and I started seeing it on My Tasks in esc

to show the Close complete options you will have to customize that OOTB widget, clone and then make changes

Ideally portal is for end users and not for agents

Agents use classic view or workspace to work on catalog task

I will suggest to train your users regarding this.

You will have to clone the widget and perform heavy customizations.

I will suggest to train your users to close the tasks from workspace rather than portal

Workspaces are specially designer for agents.
