Hii...
In my PDI, I have created an indicator "Incidents Closed Reassigned" with indicator source cond as below. When I check the score on Indicator, its shows 2 for all the weeks. I am expecting the result to be 2 only for the March month weeks when the incidents were closed, I had run the OOTB job '[PA Incident] Historic Data Collection'.
Can someone figure out on what am I missing in the configuration.?

Hi @Shalini S1 ,
I wouldn't utilize the pa_scores_l1 or pa_scores_l2. The reason for this is, if you just utilizing the pa scoresheet through the application picker:
You will get a much better overview with the indicator and the scores captured:

Hi @Community Alums ,
When first data is collected, then the scores of the PA collection job is stored in the pa_scores assosiated with the indicator. You should only run the pa job according to your data refresh requirement. Off course, if you add a new indicator, and associate it with the same pa job (or another - doesn't matter), you need to rerun the job.
Secondly, you can have as much indicators you would like to the same job. What there is important to notice, is that the frequency of the indicator, indicator source and the pa job needs to be the same. You can't have a job running weekly for an monthly indicator.
All data is stored in the pa_scorescheet.

Thanks for the info @AndersBGS .
I see only these three tables, pa_scores_l1 shows the score alone, doesn't the data collector job gets the incident tables records based on the condition and stores else where in pa related table? is it just the score saved in pa?
Also there is no record found in pa_scores table even after job is run.

Did you find where the history with the records is saved?
