Performance Analytics Report and Dashboard

Hi,

I need to create a Performance Analytics Report and Dashboard for the excel sheet provided below, that gets the count when an incident record is created from the CI . Also it needs to provide the count on both yearly and weekly basis. Please help me on my requirement. Thanks in Advance!

Hi @Narmadha PR 

I tried this in myPDI, but generating the report exactly the way you want isn’t possible. You can create a multi-pivot and add the required rows and columns, but most of the work will be manual. To get this specific data, you would need to create a trend report separately.
