Performance Analytics Report and Dashboard

Hi,

I need to create a Performance Analytics Report and Dashboard for the excel sheet provided below, that gets the count when an incident record is created from the CI . Also it needs to provide the count on both yearly and weekly basis. Please help me on my requirement. Thanks in Advance!

Thank you! The customer wants to see the number of incidents created for a configuration item on a weekly and yearly basis. Also the Weekly Average and Total count for the year. Please refer the screenshot that I attached now.

you can try to use Time Series - Bar or Columns for this
