Hi All , We are working on performance analytics ,calculating the percentage change .

The requirement is to find the percentage difference between last year and current year HR case count with their respective months .

 

For example 

 

HR cases created on Jan 2023 is 90 and This Year Jan 2024 is 100. so there is 10% increase in HR case count. This % calculation I have to show from Jan to Dec with help of Performance Analytics.

The best is see OOTB PA dashboards and make changes. You need to store the results and then calculations
