UI Action Button to Export the current record in Excel format

We have a requirement to create an UI Action Button on the incident form. when someone clicked in it, a EXCEL format file should download which contains the current incident record details init.

currently OOB we have the PDF and XML formats are availabel to download the current record.

Appriciated the help.
