Hi @SanjanaSG
My PDI is offline. When will it be online?
PDIs go offline for maintenance. Your PDI will be online again once the maintenance is complete or the issue is fixed. If possible, we will provide a time frame for the work to be completed. Occasionally, we cannot recover PDIs.
If your PDI doesn't recover within a day, you should release the PDI and request a new PDI.

Hi there,
"I kindly request your assistance to rectify this issue as soon as possible"
There is no support for PDIs.
Only thing you can do:
- Wait, and hope your PDI returns
- Request a new PDI
Kind regards,

Hi @SanjanaSG
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait, it should come online after some time.
- When you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please notice, that everything that is not back up will be lost.

Hi @SanjanaSG
I have been using PDI since this morning with no issues, but yes, I saw a few posts on the community about PDI offline.
1. There is no support available for PDI.
2. If you can wait, more, let's wait
3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data.
From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
