Personal Developer Instance has been Offline

Hello, 

My Personal Developer instance is currently offline, and it has not been able to wake up despite waiting for very long time. Here are the details of my instance:

Instance Name: dev210544

Issue: The instance is showing as offline and waking up even after waiting for an extended period

 

I kindly request your assistance to rectify this issue as soon as possible . Thank you for your support

Hi @SanjanaSG ,

There is no support given from ServiceNow to PDI, you can wait for PDI to get online or you can request new PDI. Best practice is to maintain update set and take backup may be daily or weekly so your work would not lost.

As we know, PDIs are just a free service we are using, and Servicenow long back has mentioned the instance can be lost due to unavoidable circumstances so we need to take the backup of your instance regularly.

 

This is very inconvenient and unfortunate, but at this moment we can't do anything, if its not up within 24-48 hours, chances are you are not getting back your PDI,  all you can do is to request a new PDI and keep backups going forward.
