Hello,
when I try to reply to e-mail sent by notification from my personal Servicenow instance I get following error message:
Your message to dev84805@servicenowdevelopers.com couldn't be delivered. |
dev84805 wasn't found at servicenowdevelopers.com. |
I tried to check system diagnostics - email diagnostics which looks just fine:
I also checked Inbound Email Configuration whcih looks fine as well (below).
Any idea why my instance cannot receive inbound e-mail.
Many thanks,
Milan

Hello Milan,
You need to send emails to the below mentioned Address.
dev84805@service-now.com
you are sending emails to dev84805@servicenowdevelopers.com which is not correct.
Thanks,
Abhishek

So if I am replying to an e-mail generated by my personal dev instance (notification e-mail) it means that the sending e-mail in my instance is in format of ...@servicenowdevelopers.com and I need to reset it to @service-now.com?
If correct do you know where this can be done in the instance (can't find it unfortunately..)
Appreciate your help,
Milan

Hello Milan,
It is totally depends upon the notification and which mail script which you are using? have you customized/created any mail scripts to send email to mentioned ID? can you please explain the how you are getting that instance id?
I will send the script where you need to modify to send it on correct instance format.
Thanks,
Abhishek Gardade
