Personal instance not receiving e-mail

Hello,

when I try to reply to e-mail sent by notification from my personal Servicenow instance I get following error message:

Your message to dev84805@servicenowdevelopers.com couldn't be delivered.

dev84805 wasn't found at servicenowdevelopers.com.

I tried to check system diagnostics - email diagnostics which looks just fine:

I also checked Inbound Email Configuration whcih looks fine as well (below).

Any idea why my instance cannot receive inbound e-mail.

You need to modify Email Account properties. check the screenshot to understand:

Hello Abhishek,

I have modified my instance address from "dev101590@servicenowdevelopers.com" to "dev101590@service-now.com" but still no luck. what is your opinion on this. I cant receive any inbound emails even though the user sending an email is the servicenow user.

Hello Prerana,

Can you check in emails if Email is receieved or not? Also please share a snippet of email that you are sending from your outlook or gmail box? Make sure that you are sending correct it to correct servicenow Id?  ave you Enabled Email Receiving?

Hello Abhishek,

Yes i have enabled email receiving, and from my mailbox the email is sent as well and it is not received in the instance mailbox( not in junk as well).
