Personalize List Control for Approvers Related List - Edit default filter

I would like to customize the default filter for the Approvers Related List by setting State is not No Longer Required.

I can do this using the breadcrumbs but want to make it stick using the List Control.

In the List Control form I go to "Edit default filter" but surprisingly enough I do not get the option to select the sysapproval_approver fields.

I believe this is not correct. I have checked this in the demo environment and it is the same problem.

With other related lists it works perfectly fine: the fields I can select using breadcrumbs are the same as those in "Edit default filter".

Can anybody please help me how I can fix this?

I assume I have to make some changes to the sys_ui_list_control table, but looking for some guidance before I do so. Thx in advance.

Really seems to be a bug. Not sure how to fix it but I would create an incident in HI for sure.

Other option to work around this would be to create a relationship instead.

I have verified this is a known problem on the List Control filter editing, the related ticket is PRB583858.

This is with our development team, I will keep you informed on the availability of a future possible patch.

I'm still seeing this behavior in Fuji Patch 9.
