Yes my friend, this is supported in the latest ServiceNow builds. As long as both widgets are on the same dashboard and based on the same table, clicking a slice in the Pie Chart (for example, Resolved) will automatically filter the dashboard.

When the filter is applied, the Simple List will refresh and display only the records that match that value (all Resolved records).

If it doesn’t work, the usual causes are:

  • The pie chart and the list are using different tables

  • The Simple List has a fixed filter that overrides dashboard filtering

  • The widget isn’t configured to respond to dashboard interactions

No custom scripting is needed — this is out-of-the-box behavior in the current releases once both widgets are aligned correctly.

Hi @amiteshmish

I tried the same on my end, and I believe this is working out of the box. The link takes you to the form view, not the list view.
