PIRs Review related link showing "Security constraints prevent viewing this page".

Is it possible to conduct PIRs for P1 and P2 as well.

If Yes Then.

We have already configured it and these do not go through the Major Incident Process.

But when we are clicking on Preview PIR, it is showing message - "Security constraints prevent viewing this page".

Can somebody help me why it is showing like this. Is there anything which we are doing wrong?

Hi @AshishKM,

Thanks we were able to generate PIR reports even for P1 and P2 incidents.

Now in continuation we are facing one more issue.

In the PIR tab there is a section named as Timeline in which all the events capture for MIM. But in our case for P1 and P2, it is not able to capture the data (events).

Please suggest if you know any specific steps to be followed here.
