Platform Analytics Schedule an On Demand Export of a Dashboard PowerPoint Presentation Issue

Hey All, 

 

We are running into an issue with ServiceNow Platform Analytics. When an user schedules an export of a dashboard PowerPoint presentation, the export isn't being sent out. User record is active and has a valid email address.  The person exporting does have the par_scheduler role The scheduled export is running. There is a log on the sys_scheduler_job_history table.

Anyone experienced this? Yes, we can simply export the dashboard, but the user wants to know why the scheduled export on demand isn't working.

Are they receiving any emails? Check that they have an active Primary email record on [cmn_notif_device]

Yes, they have a record there and it is active. Thank you!
