Hi

For example there are 2 playbooks for the incident table when we add to the ui builder how it'll recognise which playbook to display in the workspace?

Every Playbook has a trigger and you should never use different playbooks for the same record, so ensure that your triggers are well defined, so only one playbook can run on a certain record.

Don't we have other configurations other than this trigger

Why do you have 2 playbooks for the same? That should be one playbook with a branch that splits them up somewhere. The trigger is defining the playbook that is shown.

You can't tell a playbook to render in particular workspace.
it's associated with record and will get triggered based on condition you give.

In this case workspace will show both the playbooks.

See below example and it shows both playbooks
