Hi, Sruthi,
One of my friends got the same email from ServiceNow. Its best if you save your work in Github repository or update sets, export them and release the instance. If you dont release your instance, it will be taken back anyway. You can merge all the update sets to one parent update set and export it.
If you found my reply helpful, please mark it as solution and helpful.
Thanks and regards,
Ehab Pilloor

Good day! Would you share with me how you can merge all the update sets to one parent update set and export it? I am not a developer and need help trying to save my work from my PDI before they take my PDI away from me. Thank you!

Hi @Danielle10
Parent -Child
Create a parent Update set
Create child update set and mark above one as parent in child.
----
Merge Update Set
- Navigate to System Update Sets > Merge Update Sets. ...
- Filter the list to show only the update set that you want to merge. ...
- Enter a Name for the new update set. ...
- (Optional) Enter a Description for the update set.
- Click Merge.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.

Hi there,
Rather than merge, go for batch! Batch = good practice, merge is 🤢
This should help you:
