Plugin dependency check while Upgrading?

I am trying to upgrade plugin from 1.1 to 3.1

Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications

In the plugin application requirements i see AI Search for next experiance Application as system requirement

And we dont have AI Search for next experiance plugin Installed Now if we try to upgrade the plugin from 1.1 to 3.1

will this install AISearch for Next Experiance ??

Hi @Kiran Kumar 76 

Yes it will install it, however there is no impact. You first have to request the provisioning of AI Search in your instance (not possible for PDIs) and then you have to configure it in some places to replace the legacy Zing search. Until then, nothing will happen or change for you.
