Hi,
I'm trying to install following plugins,
com.snc.pa.customer_service
com.snc.pa.premium.cs
but I got the following error,
"Plugins must be loaded into the global domain..."
What would be the root cause? I tried installing it in my personal instance in "Customer Service" scope and it works fine.
Thanks.

com.snc.pa.cs.context_sensitive_analytics might have been already activated on your personal DEV instance. So it didn't had to load this and other depended plugins didn't had a constraint in any scope.
Plugin installation use Upgrade engine which is in global scope. So it is advisable to install plugins in GLOBAL scope and Global Domain if it is domain seperated.

Yes, we installed it in Global scope.
Thanks for the response.

I too had got this issue while activating a plugin on our dev instance:
Plugins must be loaded into the global domain. Plugin :com.sn_csm.nlu NOT loaded
It got resolved when I hopped into instance (i.e. logged in with user maint) and tried activating the plugin.

This is an old thread, but I didn't see it answered definitively anywhere so I'll share what worked for me. In my case I had to impersonate or switch to a user (admin in my case) in whose domain is "global". I had recently installed the Domain Separation plugin and couldn't configure my own account to use a domain other than "Default". Once I did this I was able to installed plugins without issue. The problem seems to be that it's not enough to change to the global domain with the domain picker, but your user account must actually also be in the global domain.
Hope that helps,
Davin
