And whether those plugins are free or paid.

yes it is free (com.snc.incident.mim)

Required Plugins for MIM Workbench

The core plugin you need is:

• Major Incident Management (com.snc.major_incident.mgmt)

This plugin may also depend on or work better with the following:

• Incident Management (com.snc.incident)
• Collaboration Integrations (e.g., Microsoft Teams or Slack, if you're integrating communication tools)
• Agent Workspace (com.glide.ui.ng) – if you're using MIM in a workspace environment

Free or Paid?

• The Major Incident Management plugin is typically part of the ITSM Professional or Enterprise package.
• If your organization has an ITSM Pro subscription, you can activate it at no extra cost.
• If not, it may be a paid add-on.

 How to Check in Your Instance

1. Go to Subscription Management > Subscriptions in your instance.
2. Click on your subscription.
3. In the Subscription Applications related list, check if com.snc.major_incident.mgmt is listed.
   • If it is, you can activate it.
   • If not, you’ll need to contact your ServiceNow account representative.

Hi @AnkitK832453164,

just go to Plugins and search for "Major incident" and you will find it.

It is not paid, however always talk to the Platform owner when activating new features and do it always with permission.
