Dear All,
I've tried to enable the Polaris UI Experience on our dev San Diego instance and apparently something is wrong.
After enabling:
The new UI is loading but without menus on the left top corner which prevent us from using the instance at all, anyone encountered similar problem?
BR,
Piotr

Hey Jack,
Unfortunately I do not have a place to do the cache.do magic after switching to Polaris UI 😜

Hi,
I had the same issue where we upgraded from Rome to SanDiego.
It turns out - I made a typo in "true" (I wrote "trie") 🙂 when I made this available for my profile in User Preferences
see the below screenshot
Anyway, I've opened a different instance where polaris was working correctly and accessed the tables to check what I've done (just via copying url).
Just FYI cache.do can be used in url: https://your-instance-name.service-now.com/cache.do

Got the same issue
I tried both clearing the cache using the link and checked if the navigation menu is active.
My nugget in the top is also showing that I am in the service portal even though I am in the backend:

@Piotr Ignaciuk I solved it!
In User Preferences. I had enabled "glide.ui.polaris.use" with True instead of true. You can't use a capital letter or the value will be NULL. So if you wrote False instead of false the result will be the same.
EDIT: After a little investigation, you are apparently no allowed to set the GR to false, if you do, the top bar disappears. Only the value "true" works, everything else creates this error.
