I made 2 different ESC on single instance. But Popular Topic widget working weird.

 

Symptom : Popular Topic widget Can not filtering Taxonomies. for example, Taxonomy1 appear ESC that using Taxonomy2.

 

i want fix that. how can i do for?

  5. Locate the taxonomy filtering settings for the Popular Topic widget.
  6. Ensure that the widget is configured to filter topics based on the correct taxonomy (Taxonomy1 in this case).
  7. Save the widget properties.

If the issue persists after making these changes, you may need to check the following:

  1. Verify that the taxonomy records are correctly associated with the respective topics and articles.
  2. Ensure that the taxonomy hierarchy is properly structured.
  3. Double-check the widget configuration to ensure there are no conflicting settings.

i am confused where could i find widget property. ans also what should i do.

In widget properties of popular item we don't have option to filter based on taxonomy.
