I made 2 different ESC on single instance. But Popular Topic widget working weird.
Symptom : Popular Topic widget Can not filtering Taxonomies. for example, Taxonomy1 appear ESC that using Taxonomy2.
i want fix that. how can i do for?

To fix the issue with the Popular Topic widget not filtering taxonomies correctly, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your ServiceNow instance as an administrator.
- Navigate to the ServiceNow Service Portal.
- Open the page containing the Popular Topic widget.
- Edit the widget properties.
- Locate the taxonomy filtering settings for the Popular Topic widget.
- Ensure that the widget is configured to filter topics based on the correct taxonomy (Taxonomy1 in this case).
- Save the widget properties.
If the issue persists after making these changes, you may need to check the following:
- Verify that the taxonomy records are correctly associated with the respective topics and articles.
- Ensure that the taxonomy hierarchy is properly structured.
- Double-check the widget configuration to ensure there are no conflicting settings.

Hello Amit,
In widget properties of popular item we don't have option to filter based on taxonomy.
