Unable to hide a topic in the Employee Center Taxonomy

Hi,

 

In the Employee Center, I’m trying to hide one of the topics (the dropdown item under the main header), but it continues to appear. (See the screenshot below.) Is there another place I need to configure in order to hide this child topic?

May be its due to cache issue. Try clearing the cache or login again.

you can try user criteria approach if needed.

Hi @Syed14 - thank you for getting back to me! I’ve cleared my cache, logged in again, and tested the “Enable user criteria check” setting, but the topic is still showing. Do you happen to know if there’s anything else I can try to hide it?
