Populate list collector from script include in a client script

Hello,

I am trying to populate a list collector field from a client script/script include and I am getting stuck on calling the script include from the client script to bring the new values in. I am using a m2m table with relationships built out. Below are screenshots of the script include as well as the client script as it stands currently.

So my questions is essentially:

How do I pass the system field into the script include, and how do I bring the value for the country field back to populate that list collector with those values from the m2m table?
