I'm trying to populate a new interaction record through URL when receiving an inbound call and found the following article

I'm having trouble setting the Opened For/Assigned By value to the logged in user- when I pass their name/email, the value populates to (Empty), and I'm not sure how to get the wait/duration timer started.
I'm logged in as System Admin / admin@example.com
