I will post the image and then describe so that it will be easy.
So you can see the Blue bar and below that white bar with options.
I have few options in the blue bar as well but as the text is in blue color we can see only when we hover. I want blue bar with white text and below I have white bar with blue text.. I tried to do in the branding editor and I see for both bars I can change text in a single place... So If I change text to white then the white bar options wont be visible due to white bar and white text.. If I keep text as blue then you can see in the image... Blue bar is there and text is not visible due to same color.. Is there a way I can keep blue bar with white text on top and white bar with Blue text below that...
I hope I didn't confuse you all with my explanation.
