Portal menu is displayed as list instead of Horizantal header, only for me.

I am having a weired situation, where the portal menu is displayed as a List menu instead of Horizontal menu bar. This is happening only with my machine and user credentials. When I am impersonating others also, I am seeing the same style of menu which is causing a few automation tests fail. Can anyone suggest how to fix this, either it is browser settings or ServiceNow themes or style?

Hello @VJMB ,

Can you please inspect the element once and check what exactly is being applied to it? Also, please check the Header widget to see if there are any conditions or customizations that are affecting the menu, or if the Header Menu is being manipulated through any script or CSS.

I can see this on inspection. But why Mobile-Menu? Is it becaue I am using Now Mobile also ?

Hello @VJMB ,

There are 2 header menu 

1) horizontal header menu for desktop as well medium level tablets

2) Likely(hamburger menu)  compact header menu for mobile view for better visibility .

Attach photo is of which device , means in which device you saw show menu menu bar ? If its mobile device then is genuine hamburger that visible for mobile device .

Surprsingly, this screenshot was taken from my Laptop screen, and that is the issue which I am facing.
