Portal preview showing empty screen

Hi All,

when I click on open in designer in Edit case portal is available to see. But when I click on preview It's showing empty screen. Please let me know why this happened.

Could you try logging out and then opening the page again in incognito window and 

confirm if the behaviour is still coming up.
