Portal quick links widget - snc_external users unable to view images on thumbnails.

As per the title, an internal user can view the images on the quick link, but an external user cannot.

 

The "portal quick link" widget is using the same tables as the employee center one for the links / images.

I contacted hi who confirmed that this was a bug and that it would be fixed in a future release. They provided me with an xml which contained a new ACL.

Hi, I am currently facing the same issue. Could you please provide the XML with the ACL that ServiceNow provided to you?
