Portfolio/Program Workbench

Hello!

We have a client that is using Customer Project Management and we noticed that Customer Projects do not cascade/show under Programs/Portfolios within the Program/Portfolio Workbench on the Gantt chart.

Is there a way to add these type of tasks to the Gantt?

I also cannot even find where the Program Workbench/Scenario Planning - Portfolio Workbench page is to modify it within ServiceNow. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @Samuel Homer , did you had any findings? I already check and the Program and Portfolio, and TOP Program and TOP Portfolio fields are correctly set. The customer project appears on the KPI section in the Program Workbench, but not on the timeline. I also checked and the FY are correctly set.

Steps to add Customer_Project to the Program Workbench

1. Go to All > Project Administration > Planning console > Select the "Program" record in the table

2. Go to the second tab "Planning Console Table" and add the Customer_Project table.

3, Inside the customer Project planning console record, add the planning console columns necesary for the data in the gantt chart
