HI, i would need use a post request to create a ticket for an others users employee of the group.
I would use this route /api/sn_customerservice/ticket, but i dont find parameters with draft/ or add to cart/ wishlist, but not create a ticket. So i can send a link to employee where they can find their ticket and validate it.
