On Utah release.
We have an intermittent issue with a specific project that has external dependencies while on the Planning Console.
If we try to change the duration of Project Tasks or add/remove Project Tasks, the system takes a while to update, if at all. At best, around 5 seconds. Up to sometimes 5-10minutes and other times it doesnt update at all. If we go to the form/record view instead and do the desired actions, we dont have a problem and it's seamless.
- I checked the system property com.snc.project.fire_brs_from_planning_console and it is false.
- Looking at the logs, I constantly see the error: "sn_pw" is not defined in the pmview_menu UI macro but I see this whenever the planning console is working fine or when it's having issues.
- We had a weird Project Task where the task had a different Top Portfolio/Program. When trying to change the Project level values, the other Project Tasks changed but this one triggers an error regarding Shadow Tasks. We've since deleted it to see if the problem persists.
Has anyone experienced performance issues similar to what I mentioned above?
Thanks in advance!
