priority matrix calculation on custom table.

Hi guys,

I have currently made one simple custom application and in that application i have created one custom table. So in that custom table i have added some fields and i have added Impact, urgency and priority field same as in incident table. But i am not able to calculate the priority matrix on my custom table same which calculated in incident table. please kindly suggest me a solution.

The priority should follow data lookup definition and Priority lookup rules for   the custom table also. They are all present for the global namespace.

While the lookup rules are on the global namespace, the data lookup definition source's table is set to the Incident table. If you build a new definition on your custom table, then is should work.

As i have tried this method. I am not able to look up my custom table instead of this incident table in source table field. Even i am not able to add new condition in section. I just want this same impact ,urgency, priority calculations in my custom table to specific custom application. how can i achieve this? But currently i am using the helsinki version. is this a version issue?

No this is not a version issue, I suppose you need to create a new definition for your custom application.
