PROBLEM - PTask approval

Hi,

While closing the problem PTask, need an approval for specific group. once approved then only the problem ptask needs to be completed

How to achieve this. please need suggestions

Once i click on complete button, a popup will appear and it will ask for few fields to be filled, below screenshot

Now, once i fill all the fields and then when i click on "OK" button, then the approval needs to be triggered to the specific group. How can we achieve this functionality ?

What does clicking on that OK button do? Does it transfer the fields? In that case you can simply trigger a flow, add the approval step and close the task once approved.

I’m not sure why you are using approval on the Problem record. As soon as you fill in the details and move it to the Completed state, the problem can move directly to the Closed state.

This means you’ll need to make several changes to the Complete button as well as the OK button behavior. Did you check the UI page for this?
