Process Flow (Flow Formatter) - Not able to edite

System has created that flow formatter for the general contract support table (which is originally Legal Request Management Scope) in Legal Simple contract ... I am not able to the edit the process flow or deactivate it. I need to add few more states to work in progress .
I added the work_in_progress attribute on Override dictionary that didn't help.

I tried to add a process flow under Legal Request management scope I see its working fine but i see 2 workflow tabs 😞

If i Open the work in progress on Legal Simple contract scope it open like this with empty values

Any help is appreciated!

I have a process flow (OOB) which is not editable. just wondering how to edit that
