Prod instance not Asking user id & Password when login But Dev & QA is asking

Hi All,

For me when I login into PROD - Instance password and user id is not asking, it will automatically login. But when I try to login In Dev & QA instance User Id & Password is asking why this happing. Please let me know.

The screen shot of property page only. May be try to repaid teh SSO plugin once.

But without that plugin it's already working prod instance. not asking password. Is there in way to without that plugin.
