Profile page broke it

Hi Devs, 

 

I'm currently troubleshooting an issue with the profile page functionality. Strangely, the profile picture, although uploaded and visible on other pages, appears blank on this particular page. Additionally, there's a label that isn't being displayed as expected. I'm seeking assistance to resolve these display inconsistencies.

I cant modify the widget, but I already validate and all looks OK, so I am not sure, where is the real issue here, any idea to help me to understand which is the problem, thanks in advance.

Is this issue with everyone or only with you? You are checking at native view or portal?

Try cache.do

logout and login 

Different browsers.

Thank you @Dr Atul G- LNG for the recommendations.

The problem persists across all user types (external, internal, admins, etc.). I've attempted troubleshooting by using incognito windows, clearing the cache, and testing on Chrome, Edge, and Mozilla browsers, without luck.
