Promoted Topics not visible to every one in Virtual Agent

Hi All,

 

I have created the new  "Custom Greetings & Setup" with a few Promoted Topics but it does not visible to everyone in Virtual Agent. 

Please guide me on how to make these promoted topics to everyone

Update "com.glide.cs.live_agent_only" property to false

I have updated the system property but is not working as I am looking for I think this system properly for different purpurse

Hi there,

 

Are there perhaps any restrictions on those promoted topics themselves? Can those users actually open those topics at all?
