Proper case first name and last name

Our instances have all of our users in UPPERCASE (FIRST LAST). How can we change them to propercase (First Last) via Fix script?

Hi Michael,
Nothing I can think of to detect and correct LeAnn McCoy as she could also be Leann McCoy, right? Unless there is some authoritative source that has the proper case somewhere, there's no way to determine that information.
Are you still with Plexus? When did AD go to all caps? Is there still a feed from HR that might help resolve proper name case?

Yes, I am still with Plexus and yes, there is still a feed from HR (the caps culprit). The our Development team deferred to us to have the case changed. We are hoping to make the feed go away with the Workday integration.

Thanks Michael. So if I understand, AD integration is fine (proper case), but HR is presenting all caps.
What about having HR feed run first then AD immediately after it?
