Properly configure a 24/7 Schedule Entry

Hello All,

We have a 24/7 schedule entry that is configured as All Day - Repeats Daily:

I do not believe this is the best/correct way to configure this, any SLA definitions that use this schedule all have an extremely long running time:

What is the best way to configure a 24x7 schedule properly?

Here is a sample screenshot of it, You can also get it from an oob developer instance.



Also try to navigate to System Scheduler -> Schedules and see if it exist.

There is OOB schedule for 24x7, Please use it for your purpose. Go To schedules module or use the URL



https://instance_name.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=cmn_schedule.do?sys_id=38fa64edc0a8016400f4a5724...



Replace instance name with yours and you can access it

Unfortunately that gives me a record not found. I have checked the deleted records using the sys_id and it isn't finding anything.

Mine was configured exactly the same but with different dates.



I changed the dates to what is in your screenshot - and it works!
