Propose a new Standard Change Template- Change Request Values field changes

Hi All,

How can i edit the assignment group of that variable in record producer template (Propose a new Standard Change Template)...the requirement is to add the filter in assignment group...for example (name should not contain Approval)...this filter should be applied by default on that variable for the users....but issue is i am not getting where that variable is coming from.

Hi @PawanKumarR 

I don't think it is possible to acheive what you are looking.
Templates are used to set the values automatically. So, there you cannot provide anything like a ref qualifier.

where can i see the complete variables of "Change Request Values" ?.....i tried reference qual on the sys_standard_approval table, on the form it was working, but on the template it was not.
Any other way if there is any?

Are you looking for these fields? If so, you can go to Standard Change Properties. From there, you can add or remove fields as needed.

I want to apply reference qual to one group variable, but i cant find that variable...how can i do it?
