Provider notification is not working for assignment group

When a task or incident is created and unassigned, I want the notification to be displayed in the bell icon. It is not working as expected when "Assignment Group" is selected in "Recipients listed in the fields". I have tried the solution provided by @Rhodri (url below), I can see the logs but not getting the notification. Can someone suggest any idea or correct me what I'm doing wrong?

Hi @GnaneshP ,

 

As i already said, the incident should have a valid group and assigned to field populated to trigger the notification, for empty fields it will not trigger, as notification will be fired to some valid user email or group.

Note- Please check the group and assigned_to field and validate if valid data is populated, it should be active and user should ahve a active notif_devices entry for the email.

 

if still you are facing issue please share the snippet of the notification that you created, the event that is fired and the BR along with the the Incident for which you are trying to get the notification.

I removed the condition in notification trigger record and it worked.

@SN_Learn @Community Alums thanks for pouring your suggestions.
