Provider Notification on event trigger

Hi All,

 

Requirment:

 

Upon assignee change for a ticket, I want to send aSN workspace notification to the previous assignee, not an email notification.

 

Issue:

So far I have created a business rule, an event registry and a notification that triggers upon the created event. I see the event gets created and are in "Ready" state, but the notification is not getting triggered.

Please check your recipient. If the email address is blank, the notification will not be generated.

Thank you for your reply.

The one I am trying to configure is not an email notification but a provider notification. However, I have checked the user email and it is present as well.

 

Appreciate your further input on this to resolve.

Please share the "who will receive" part and also the channel you are using in the notification content.
