Hi all,

PFA PDF doc with screenshots for visual explication. I am migrating change records from BMC Helix to ServiceNow.

After migrating from BMC Helix PROD to ServiceNow DEV, I noticed these in the logs - "For Synchronous Providers: Loaded 1 recipients and 1 destinations and delivered to 1 destinations in 22ms"
I went to filter navigator: All → Search "Provider" → Notifications (Screenshots attached ). After migration, I marked all migrated change records as Active = False.

I made note of this and when I migrated the same records to TEST, I made sure that I had deactivated the Provider notifications for change management beforehand. When I migrated the change records, I noticed that the notifications did not get triggered, and also saw the migrated change records were already set Active = False. So I was happy. I went Provider → Change Management and reactivated it, and all the migrated change records are set to Active = True, and in the next 10 min, I see that the same provider notifications have been triggered, meaning bell notifications for respective change implementers have been triggered.

How can I get around this?
I don't want bell notifications to be triggered.
